FAQ

What materials do you use in your jewellery?

I work mainly with sterling silver and gold, using a mixture of traditional techniques. Some pieces are made using the ancient art of wax carving and casting, while others are hand-fabricated directly in metal.

Is your jewellery handmade?

Yes. Every piece is individually crafted by hand, so no two are ever identical.

Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes – bespoke commissions are welcome. A custom design usually takes up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently polish with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or chlorinated water. Store your piece in its box when not being worn.

Do you offer resizing or repairs?

At the moment, I don’t provide resizing or repair services.

How is your jewellery packaged?

Each item arrives beautifully packaged in a branded gift box, with eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship within the UK only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Ready-made jewellery is dispatched within 2 working days.

Bespoke and made-to-order items take up to 4 weeks.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, but I’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy.

Workshops

Do I need any experience to join a workshop?

No experience is necessary – workshops are beginner-friendly and guided step by step.

What will I make during the workshop?

Depending on the session, you’ll carve a ring, bangle, or pendant in wax. The design is then cast in sterling silver and returned to you as a finished piece.

Is silver included in the price?

Yes – silver casting and finishing are included unless otherwise stated.

Can I book a private session or group event?

Yes. I offer private bookings for individuals, groups, and corporate team-building experiences.

Where are your workshops held?

Workshops take place in Manchester. Private or corporate sessions can also be arranged elsewhere by request.

How long do the workshops last?

Most workshops last between 3–4 hours.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Aprons and tools are provided.

Will I take my piece home on the day?

Your wax carving is completed during the workshop, and the piece is then cast in silver. Finished jewellery is usually ready within 2–3 weeks and will be posted to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
