Processing Times
- Ready-made jewellery: Dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
- Made-to-order or bespoke pieces: Please allow 4–6 weeks for crafting before dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
