- We accept returns on non-custom, unworn, and unused jewellery within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable / Exempt Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom orders & personalised jewellery (including engraved, made-to-order, or bespoke designs).
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards or digital products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at bohdee.jewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at bohdee.jewellery@gmail.com for the return address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Workshop Bookings (if applicable)
- Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date with at least 7 days’ notice.
- In the event that we cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at bohdee.jewellery@gmail.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
